Intro to the CNC Router:

In this introductory class you'll gain a broad understanding of how the computer numerical controlled (CNC) Router works, what's needed to program the machine, and some basic setup techniques.  We'll also discuss safe work practices and cutting tool considerations when using the CNC equipment.  Students will learn how to create a program in VCarve Pro,  load a program, setup the material, and ultimately cut a part. We'll also talk about your own CNC projects you might be thinking of and answer any specific details about your own projects.  

Prerequisite: None, beginner class
